课后及时反馈模式在临床医学专业核心课程教学中的效果评价

摘  要:目的评价院校结合模式在临床医学专业核心课程教学中的效果。方法选取2021年9月—2022年7月重庆医药高等专科学校2020级7班45名学生为对照组,采用院校结合模式,另选2022年9月—2023年7月2021级4班46名学生为观察组,在院校结合模式的基础上采用课后及时反馈模式,对比两组学生核心课程成绩和课后满意度。结果观察组学生的核心课程平均成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生的课后满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床医学专业核心课程院校结合教学中采用课后及时反馈模式,能够有效提高学生的核心课程成绩,提高课后满意度,从而达到更为理想的教学效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of university combination model in the teaching of core courses of clinical medicine specialty.Methods A total of 45 students from Class 7 of Grade 2020 in Chongqing Medical College from September 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the control group,the model of university combination was adopted.In addition,46 students from September 2022 to July 2023 Class 4 of 2021 were selected as the observation group.Based on the combination model of colleges and universities,the after-class timely feedback model was adopted after class.The core course scores and after-class satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The average score of core courses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The after-class satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of after-class feedback mode in the combined teaching of core courses in clinical medicine majors can effectively improve students'core course scores and after-class satisfaction,so as to achieve more ideal teaching results.
