摘 要:目的评价基于问题的学习法(problem based learning,PBL)联合情景模拟教学在妇科临床见习教学中的作用。方法选取2021年8月—2023年8月在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院普通妇科见习的100名见习生为研究对象,根据妇科见习轮转安排,按单双数分为基础组和研究组,每组50名。两组分别实行不同的教学法。基础组行基础教学,研究组行PBL+情景模拟教学。比较两组教学前后理论考核成绩及临床技能考核成绩的差别,并调查学生的教学满意度。结果教学前,两组理论考核成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组理论考核成绩均较前有提升,且研究组高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床技能考核包括4个方面,研究组成绩均高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学满意率为98.00%高于基础组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合情景模拟教学的方案可从不同角度提升见习生的理论和技能,提高其妇科临床见习教学考核成绩,且满意率高。Objective To evaluate the role of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with situational simulation in gynecology clinical teaching.Methods A total of 100 students studying in the department of general gynecology of Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital,Sun Yat-Sen University from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the arrangement of gynecology trainee rotations,they were randomly divided into basic group and study group 50 members per group.Different teaching methods were implemented respectively,with basic teaching in the basic group and PBL+situational simulation teaching in the study group.The theory scores and the clinical skills scores in the pre-and post-teaching assessments were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of the students with the teaching was investigated.Results In the pre-teaching,there was no statistically significant difference in the theory scores between the study group and the basic group(P>0.05);in the post-teaching,the theory scores in both groups were improved,and the scores of the study group was higher than that of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical skills scores consisted of 4 aspects.The clinical skills scores of the study group was higher than that of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of teaching was 98.00%in the study group which was higher than 86.00%in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The program of PBL combined with situational simulation teaching can improve trainees'theories and skills from different perspectives,and improve their gynecology clinical trainee teaching assessment results,and the satisfaction rate is high.
