摘 要:智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展是建筑业新的发展方向,智能建造采取的建造技术、设备、模式等与传统建造方式有显著差异,行业亟需智能建造高技能人才。本文从校企长效合作机制、实训基地功能、开放共享程度、师资队伍建设、实训项目开发五个方面阐述了开放型产教融合实训基地建设现存问题。针对现存问题,围绕智能建造高质量发展,从体制与机制构建、实训基地功能与结构划分、“双师型”师资队伍打造、模块化实践项目开发与资源库建设四个方面详细探究了智能建造开放型产教融合实训基地的建设路径。最后,提出了评价主体多元化、评价内容多维化、评价标准规范化、评价方式多样化的实训基地绩效增值评估体系构建,对促进职业教育智能建造高技能人才培养有重要意义。The collaborative development of intelligent construction and industrialization of construction is a new direction for the construction industry.The construction technology,equipment,and modes adopted by intelligent construction are significantly different from traditional construction methods,and the industry urgently needs highly skilled talents for intelligent construction.This article expounds the existing problems in the construction of open-type production and education integration training bases from five aspects:long-term cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises,function of training bases,degree of openness and sharing,construction of teacher teams,and development of training projects.In response to existing problems,focusing on the high-quality development of intelligent construction,this article explores the construction of an open-type production and education integration training base for intelligent construction in detail from four aspects:the construction of systems and mechanisms,the functional and structural division of training bases,the creation of a"double-teacher"teaching team,and the development of modular practical projects and resource libraries.Finally,the construction of a performance value-added evaluation system for training bases with diversified evaluation subjects,multidimensional evaluation content,standardized evaluation standards,and diversified evaluation methods is proposed,which is of great significance for promoting the cultivation of high-skilled talents in intelligent construction in vocational education.
