摘  要:探讨核心素养导向下的体育与健康课程建设,有利于深化体育教学改革。基于《新西兰课程》的概况深入分析新西兰健康与体育课程,从注重学科融合的培养理念构建横纵立体贯通的核心素养培养体系,细化学生核心素养学科目标,推动课程落实“主动健康”学习理念,以及在学校、家庭、社区的真实场景下学习和运用体劳技能等,围绕课程理念、课程目标、课程实施、课程评价4个方面对学生核心素养的培养与实施进行解析,从课程体系、实践培养、评价机制等方面对我国的体育与健康课程改革提出建议。To probe into the construction of PE and health curriculum under the guidance of core literacy is beneficial to deepen the reform of PE teaching.Based on the overview of the New Zealand curriculum,an in-depth analysis of the New Zealand health and physical education curriculum is made.From the perspective of focusing on the training concept of subject integration,a horizontal and vertical core literacy training system is constructed,students’core literacy subject objectives are specifically refined,the curriculum is promoted to implement the“active health”learning concept,and physical skills are learned and applied in real scenes of schools,families and communities.This paper analyzes the cultivation and implementation of students’core literacy from four aspects of curriculum concept,curriculum objectives,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation,and puts forward some suggestions on the reform of physical education and health curriculum in China from the aspects of curriculum system,practice cultivation and evaluation mechanism.
