摘 要:从乡村教师教育惩戒困境的现实出发,通过访谈发现,乡村教师教育惩戒存在肯认与回避的双重样态,前者出于对教育秩序和教师权力的维护及教育目的达成;后者则来自学生的反抗、家长的纠缠和舆论的施压及其潜在风险。教师教育惩戒回避主要表现为对学生违规违纪行为的不作为和对课程权力的弃之不用,这直接威胁学生成长、教师发展和乡村教育进步。破解此问题,需要完善学校制度,使教师惩戒有规可依;建立信任机制,凝聚家校教育合力;预防与惩戒并重,合理规范学生行为;坚定教师信念,提高教师教育能力。Starting from the reality of the dilemma of rural teachers'educational punishment,it is found through interviews that there is a dual pattern of acceptance and avoidance in rural teachers'educational punishment.The former is achieved through the maintenance of educational order and teacher power,as well as educational objectives;The latter comes from students'resistance,parental entanglement,and pressure from public opinion,as well as its potential risks.Teachers'avoidance of educational punishment mainly is manifested as inaction towards students'violations of discipline and the abandonment of curriculum power,which directly threatens students'growth,teachers'development,and rural education progress.To solve these problems,we need to improve the school system so that teachers can discipline according to rules;establish a trust mechanism to gather the joint forces of home and school education;pay equal attention to prevention and discipline,and reasonably regulate students'behavior;and firmly strengthen teachers'belief to improve teachers'educational ability.
