摘　　要：在新医科、新工科建设背景下,徐州医科大学在临床检验仪器原理课程中引入创新创业(以下简称“双创”)教育元素,并探索开展劳动教育实践,为“双创”背景下医科院校劳动教育的实施提供可行的路径,助力培育具有“双创”能力和劳动实干精神的应用型复合型医学人才。Under the background of the construction of new medical and engineering disciplines,Xuzhou Medical University has introduced innovation and entrepreneurship(hereinafter referred to as"Entrepreneurship and Innovation")education elements in the course of clinical laboratory instrument principles,and explored the implementation of labor education practice,providing a feasible path for the implementation of labor education in medical colleges under the background of"Entrepreneurship and Innovation",and helping to cultivate applied compound medical personnel with"Entrepreneurship and Innovation"ability and practical work spirit.
