摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕劳动教育发表了一系列重要论述,不仅指明了新时代劳动教育助力培养全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人、为中华民族伟大复兴培养实干奋斗的时代新人、为实现高质量发展培养高素质劳动者大军的育人目标,强调了新时代劳动教育涵养学生昂扬向上的劳动精神面貌、形塑学生科学理性的劳动价值取向、发展学生全面和谐的个人综合素养的育人功能,而且指明了新时代劳动教育在“知情意行”四个方面的育人路径。习近平总书记关于劳动教育的重要论述丰富了中国特色社会主义新时代党的教育方针,指明了形成更高水平人才培养体系的前进方向,提供了全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的精神力量,为全面加强新时代劳动教育提供了根本遵循。Since the 18th National Congress of CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has issued a series of important discussions on labor education,which not only pointed out that labor education in the new era helps cultivate builders and successors of the socialist cause with comprehensive development,cultivates new era talents who work hard and strive for the great rejuvenation of the China,and cultivates a highquality workforce for achieving high-quality development.Xi Jinping also emphasized the educational goal of cultivating students with a high and upward working spirit through labor education in the new era.The educational function of shaping the scientific and rational labor value orientation of students,developing their comprehensive and harmonious personal qualities,and pointing out the educational path of labor education in the new era in the four aspects of"cognitive,emotion,will and action".Xi Jinping's important discourse on labor education enriches the education policy of the CPC in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,points out the direction for forming a higher-level talent training system,provides a spiritual force for comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the China,and provides fundamental guidance for comprehensively strengthening labor education in the new era.
