摘　　要：在专业知识授课中有机嵌入思政内容,是高校落实立德树人根本任务,也是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的必然要求和重要内容。以蕴含特色鲜明思政元素的“食品营养与健康”课程为例,对每个章节的课程思政教学实践、具体措施进行阐述和探讨。通过这一教学模式改革,不仅可以培养出具有高度社会责任和使命感的健康食品人才,也将为食品行业的可持续发展做出贡献。The organic embedding of ideological content in professional knowledge teaching was an inevitable requirement and important content for universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and cultivate socialist builders and successors.The article took“Food Nutrition and Health”,as an example,which contains distinctive ideological elements,practices in each chapter of the course.Through this teaching model reform,not only can we cultivate healthy food talents with high social responsibility and sense of mission,but also contribute to the sustainable development of the food industry.
