摘 要:教育数字化是教育教学生态的重塑,提升义务教育阶段教师数字素养关乎教育数字化进程与教育高质量体系的有序推进。通过随机抽样贵州省义务教育阶段4510名教师,分析了教师的数字素养现状。结果显示:一是教师数字素养呈现中等水平,表明近几年组织实施的信息技术能力提升工程培训项目取得了显著成效;二是学历、任教学段、任教地点、教龄、信息技术能力提升工程相关培训次数等是影响教师数字素养的显著性因素;三是教师对于《教师数字素养》关注度不高,并且教师更多使用数字化设备、软件或平台来服务便利自己,而将其应用于学生多元评价以及提升自我专业能力的较少;四是各维度的发展依旧不平衡,尤其在“数字化应用”“专业发展”“数字技术知识与技能”三方面存在较大的提升空间。建议从“依托国家智慧教育平台”“持续鼓励教师学历提升”“持续强化义务教育培训体系”推进数字时代教师数字素养的建设进程。Education digitization is the reshaping of education and teaching ecology.Improving the digital literacy of teachers in compulsory education is related to the orderly advancement of education digitization process and high-quality education system.This paper analyzes the current situation of digital literacy of teachers by randomly sampling 4510 teachers in compulsory education in Guizhou Province.The results show that:First,the digital literacy of teachers is at a medium level,indicating that the information technology ability improvement engineering training projects organized and implemented in recent years have achieved remarkable results.Second,education background,teaching period,teaching location,teaching age,and training frequency of information technology ability improvement project are significant factors affecting teachers'digital literacy.Thirdly,teachers pay little attention to"Teacher digital Literacy",and teachers use more digital devices,software or platforms to serve and facilitate themselves,but less apply it to students'multiple evaluation and improve their professional abilities.Fourth,the development of all dimensions is still unbalanced,so there is a large room for improvement especially in the three aspects:"digital application","professional development","digital technology knowledge and skills"three aspects there is a large room for improvement.It is suggested to"rely on the national smart education platform","continue to encourage teachers to improve their academic qualifications"and"continue to strengthen the compulsory education training system"to promote the construction process of teachers'digital literacy in Guizhou Province in the digital era.
