摘 要:中医院校后期临床实习教学是高等医学教育的重要组成部分,是培养合格医学人才的重要环节。新时代,人民对美好生活的向往更加强烈,对个人享有的医疗卫生服务水平愈发高标准、严要求,这就使得医疗工作者除了具备过硬的临床诊疗技能之外,也要不断优化服务能力、提升人文素养。将课程思政融入中医院校后期临床实习教学中,有利于培养医学生的责任意识和仁爱精神,有利于构建和谐的医患关系,对营造良好的医疗氛围、培养高质量医学人才具有深刻的意义。该文针对课程思政融入中医院校后期临床实习教学的路径展开研究,提出转变适应现代医学模式的教育理念,建立健全临床实习教学管理体系,加强临床带教师资队伍建设,在教学查房、技能操作、病例讨论等环节渗透思政教育等具体路径。Late clinical practice teaching in TCM colleges and universities is an important part of higher medical education and an important link in cultivating qualified medical talents.In the new era,people's aspiration for a better life has become more intense,and individuals have high standards and strict requirements for the level of medical and health services,which makes it necessary for medical workers to continuously optimize their service ability and improve their humanistic qualities in addition to their excellent clinical treatment skills.Integrating the ideological and political course into the late clinical practice teaching in TCM colleges and universities is beneficial to cultivating medical students'sense of responsibility and benevolent spirit,building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and is of profound significance in creating a good medical atmosphere and cultivating high-quality medical talents.In this paper,the path of incorporating the curriculum philosophy into the late clinical internship teaching in Chinese medicine colleges and universities is studied,and four specific paths are proposed,such as changing the education concept adapted to the modern medical model,establishing a sound clinical practice teaching management system,strengthening the construction of clinical teaching faculty,and penetrating the ideological and political education in ward inspection,skill operation and case discussion.
