摘　　要：目的:探讨天津市应急医学救援临时团队中快速信任和团队绩效之间的关系,为提高应急医学救援临时团队绩效提供参考。方法:选取2022年5-7月天津市支援上海市突发公共卫生事件的1360名医护人员组成的267个临时团队,使用斯皮尔曼(Spearman)等级相关分析、中介和调节效应检验等方法,利用快速信任、交互记忆系统、团队凝聚力及团队绩效量表测量其快速信任、交互记忆系统、团队凝聚力和团队绩效水平。结果:快速信任、交互记忆系统和团队凝聚力都与应急医学救援临时团队绩效呈现显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。交互记忆系统在快速信任对应急医学救援临时团队绩效的影响中起中介作用,效应值为0.04,占总效应的44%。团队凝聚力在快速信任通过交互记忆系统影响团队绩效的后半路径有正向调节作用(B=0.409,t=5.033,P<0.001)。结论:快速信任既可直接影响,也可通过交互记忆系统间接影响应急医学救援临时团队绩效,团队凝聚力在其中有调节作用。应急医学救援临时团队应该发挥团队凝聚力,通过提高队员快速信任和交互记忆水平来提高团队绩效。Objective:To explore the relationship between swift trust and team performance within emergency medical rescue temporary teams.It also investigates the role of transactive memory systems and team cohesion levels in mediating the connection between swift trust and the performance of these temporary teams.The findings aim to provide insights for enhancing the efficacy of emergency medical rescue temporary teams.Methods:A total of 267 temporary teams,comprised of 1360 medical personnel from Tianjin dispatched to support Shanghai in responding to public health emergencies,were examined.Utilizing methods including Spearman's rank correlation analysis,mediating effect testing,and moderating effect testing,the levels of swift trust,transactive memory systems,team cohesion,and team performance were assessed.Results:Significant positive correlations were observed among swift trust,transactive memory systems,team cohesion,and the performance of emergency medical rescue temporary teams(P<0.01).The transactive memory system exhibited a mediating role in predicting the impact of swift trust on the performance of emergency medical rescue temporary teams,with an effect value of 0.04,accounting for 44%of the total effect.Furthermore,the influence of swift trust on the performance of temporary teams,mediated by the transactive memory system,was positively moderated by team cohesion in the latter half of the pathway(B=0.409,t=5.033,P<0.001).Conclusion:Swift trust serves as both a direct and indirect predictor of emergency medical rescue team performance through the transactive memory system.Additionally,team cohesion moderates the latter part of the pathway through which swift trust impacts the performance of emergency medical rescue temporary teams.Therefore,to enhance team performance,temporary emergency medical rescue teams should consider the level of team cohesion and work to improve team members'swift trust and transactive memory levels.
