摘 要:目前,我国建成了世界上最大规模的职教体系,随着《中华人民共和国职业教育法》的修订颁布,对我国职业教育提出了新标准、新要求和新举措,高等职业教育作为我国职教体系的核心力量,承担着培养高素质职业人才的重要使命,目前存在产教融合的创新力不足、产教融合的支撑力不够、产教融合的培养链失衡等问题,这些问题将从各个层面限制职业教育的创新。综上所述,可以通过优化制度环境,激发产教融合创新力;转变管理理念,加强产教融合支撑力;健全体制机制,保障产教融合凝聚力的措施来深化高等职业教育产教融合。At present,China has built the world’s largest vocational education system,with the promulgation of the new vocational education law,China’s current vocational education put forward new standards,new requirements and new measures,higher vocational education as the core force of China’s vocational education system,undertake the important mission of cultivating complete professionals,there are currently insufficient innovation of industry-education integration,insufficient support for industry-education integration,imbalance of the training chain of industry-education integration,etc.,these problems will limit the innovation and innovation of vocational education at all levels.In summary,the integration of industry and education can be stimulated by optimizing the institutional environment.Transform management concepts and strengthen the support of the integration of industry and education;Improve institutional mechanisms and measures to ensure the cohesion of the integration of industry and education to deepen the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education.
