摘 要:目的探讨体验式教学在精神科护理实习生临床教学中的应用效果。方法将220名护理实习生按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各110例。对照组护理实习生给予常规的培训教学模式,研究组护理实习生给予体验式教学模式。临床教学结束后,比较两组护理实习生课程评价问卷(CVI)评分、人文关怀能力量表(CAI)评分和临床综合护理能力考核成绩及成绩优良率。结果临床教学结束后,研究组护理实习生CVI总分及各维度评分、CAI总分及各维度评分、临床综合护理能力考核成绩及成绩优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论在精神科护理实习生临床教学中,采用体验式教学模式效果好,更符合素质教育以及科室岗位需求。Objective To explore the application effect of experiential teaching(ET)in clinical teaching of psychiatric nursing interns.Methods A total of 220 nursing interns were assigned to research and control group according to random number table method,with 110 ones in each.Controls received the routine training and teaching mode and research group did the ET.After the clinical teaching such indexes were compared between two groups as the Course Valuing Inventory(CVI)and Caring Ability Inventory(CAI)scores,the results of clinical comprehensive nursing ability examination,and excellent rates of achievement.Results After the clinical teaching the total and each dimension score of both the CVI and CAI,the results of clinical comprehensive nursing ability examination,and excellent rates of achievement were higher in research than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of psychiatric nursing interns,the experiential teaching mode works well and accords with quality-oriented education and the need of post department.
