摘  要:利用三相萃取法提取油莎豆油(TNO)。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面试验优化提取工艺,并分析了三相萃取法提取的TNO的脂肪酸组成和基本理化性质。结果表明:TNO的最佳提取工艺为以300 g油莎豆料浆为基准,硫酸铵添加量28%、料浆与叔丁醇体积比1∶1.2、pH 5.2、提取温度40℃、提取时间1.0 h,在此条件下TNO得率为22.46%±0.82%。Three phase extraction method was used to extract tiger nut oil(TNO).On the basis of single factor test,response surface test was used to optimize the extraction process,and the fatty acid composi-tion and basic physicochemical properties of TNO extracted by threephase extraction method were ana-lyzed.The results showed that the optimal extraction process for TNO was based on 300 g of tiger nut slurry,ammonium sulfate content 28%,with slurry to tert-butanol volume ratio 1:1.2,pH 5.2,extrac-tion temperature 40℃ and extraction time 1.0h.Under theseconditions,theyield of TNO was 22.46%±0.82%.
