土木工程重点学科建设推进本科人才培养质量的研究与实践

摘　　要：将土木工程重点学科建设与本科教育相结合,提升本科人才的培养质量是有意义和必要的。该文以河南大学土木工程专业的教学模式革新为例,结合省级重点学科的实际建设情况,对原有本科人才培养方案进行改革补充,从制度体系建设和创新创业实践两个方面提出十六项具体措施。通过2018—2021年的改革结果跟踪调研分析,验证其可行性,取得良好的创新效果。It is meaningful and necessary to combine the construction of key discipline with undergraduate education to improve the quality of undergraduate talent training system.Taking the teaching mode innovation of civil engineering specialty in Henan University as an example,combining with the actual construction of provincial key disciplines,this paper reforms and supplements the original undergraduate talent training scheme,and sixteen specific measures are put forward from two aspects of system construction and innovation and entrepreneurship practice.The feasibility is verified through the tracking investigation and analysis of the reform results in recent four years,and good innovation effect is obtained.
