摘  要:在新农科、新工科教育教学的背景下,高效合理的培养模式是增强学生实践和创新能力的重要途径。加强实践教学,提高人才培养质量,已成为新形势下教学改革的紧迫任务。该文结合农业机械化及其自动化专业学生的培养要求对实践教学模式体系建设进行研究,完善实践教学模式。主要分析讨论实践教学环节中存在的问题,在总结实践教学的经验基础上,提出针对不同的实践教学模式运用多种不同的教学方式。该文重视“基础教学、创新实训、专业训练”三位一体实践教学模式,从“三阶四层”实践教学方式、“线上线下”金课、第二课堂、学科竞赛等角度提出改革实施措施。通过对实践教学的改革,给学生创造更多机会去实践与创新,培养学生良好的专业素质,极大地提高农机专业学生实践动手能力。In the context of the education and teaching of"New Agricultural Science and New Engineering",an efficient and reasonable training mode is an important way to enhance students'practical and innovative ability.To strengthen practical teaching and improve the quality of personnel training has become an urgent task of teaching reform under the new situation.Combined with the training requirements of students majoring in Agricultural Mechanization and Automation,this paper studies the construction of practical teaching model system and improves the practical teaching mode.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the problems existing in practical teaching,and puts forward a variety of different teaching methods according to different practical teaching modes on the basis of summarizing the experience of practical teaching.This paper attaches importance to the trinity practical teaching mode of"basic teaching,innovative practical training and professional training",and puts forward the reform and implementation measures from the angles of"Three-stage and Four-layer"practical teaching method,"online and offline"golden class,second classroom,subject competition and so on.Through the reform of practical teaching,we can create more opportunities for students to practice and innovate,cultivate students'good professional quality,and greatly improve the practical ability of agricultural machinery majors.
