摘  要:新时期,高等职业教育高质量发展需要深化产教融合。高职院校深化产教融合既是推动区域产业转型升级的重要体现,也是服务产教融合型城市创建的现实需要。目前在深化产教融合中面临的困境主要表现为技术技能型人才培养效果不明显,企业参与产教融合不够积极主动,政府统筹推进产教融合的合力不够。基于此,需要从共建共享的新型载体、顶层设计的政策引领、协同推进的工作机制等方面,打造各类主体深度参与、产教同频共振伴生成长的命运共同体,推动产教融合走深走实,增强职业教育的适应性,赋能新时代区域高质量发展。In the new era,the high-quality development of higher vocational education requires higher vocational colleges to deepen the integration of production and education.The deepening of the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges is not only an important manifestation of promoting the transformation and upgrading of regional industries,but also a practical need to serve the creation of a city that integrates production and education.The current difficulties in deepening the integration of industry and education are mainly manifested in the lack of effective training of technical and skilled talents,insufficient proactive participation of enterprises in the integration of industry and education,and insufficient joint efforts of the government to coordinate and promote the integration of industry and education.Based on this,it is necessary to create a community of shared future with the deep participation of various entities and the resonance of industry and education,from the perspectives of top-level design policy guidance,collaborative promotion mechanism,and new carriers for co construction and sharing,to promote the integration of industry and education,enhance the adaptability of vocational education,and empower high-quality development in the new era.
