高职院校实施“专业导师制”的机制与效果:以生态聚联现代产业学院为例

摘  要:介绍“专业导师制”的特点、在高职院校中的推行情况以及实施策略;探讨产业学院“专业导师制”的运行机制,包括导师选聘和培训机制、学生导师关系的建立与维护、导师指导和支持体系的构建,以及评估和改进机制;分析产业学院“专业导师制”的应用效果。研究结果表明,实施“专业导师制”有助于提高学生的实践能力和就业竞争力,推动学生个人的成长和职业发展。产业学院的“专业导师制”实施具有明显的优势,但在实施过程中也存在一些问题,建议采取相关措施以进一步提升高职院校“专业导师制”的实施效果和质量。Introduce the characteristics of“professional advisor system”,its promotion in vocational colleges and implementation strategies.It explores the operation mechanism of the“professional advisor system”in industry-based colleges and universities,including the selection and training of mentors,the establishment and maintenance of student-mentor relationships,the construction of mentor guidance and support systems,and evaluation and improvement mechanisms.The application effects of the“professional advisor system”in industry-based colleges and universities are analyzed.The research results show that the implementation of the“professional advisor system”can help improve students’practical abilities and competitiveness in employment,as well as promote their personal growth and career development.The implementation of the“professional advisor system”in industry-based colleges and universities has obvious advantages,but there are also some problems in the implementation process.It is suggested to take relevant measures to further enhance the implementation effectiveness and quality of the“professional advisor system”in higher vocational colleges.
