摘  要:目的:探究以岗位胜任力为目标在妇产科临床教学中应用教考结合体系的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年6月结业的66名妇产科临床规培学员,其中2020年1月至2021年4月的33名学员为观察组,2021年5月至2023年6月的33名学员为对照组。对照组学员接受本院以查房、病例讨论、实践操作讲解等实践操作学习和临床理论学习为主的传统教学培训模式;观察组学员接受结合以岗位胜任力为目标的教考结合体系的教学培训模式。在培训过程中或培训结束后对学员采用标准化培训评估进行考核。结果:观察组学员在患者接诊得分、病历书写得分、临床思维与决策能力得分以及首次结业考核通过率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组学员自我评价中的专业知识与技能能力得分以及科室评价中的专业知识与技能能力得分、管理与决策能力得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组学员对培训的教学认可度评价显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:以岗位胜任力为目标的教考结合体系通过多方面的考核与评估,可以提高规培学员的岗位胜任能力、教学认可度以及首次结业考核通过率,可以在规培培训中进行应用并广泛推广。Objective:To explore the effectiveness and practical experience of applying the teaching examination integration system in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology with the goal of job competence.Methods:66 clinical training students in obstetrics and gynecology who completed their studies from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected,with 33 students from January 2020 to April 2021 serving as the observation group and 33 students from May 2021 to June 2023 serving as the control group.The control group of students received traditional teaching and training models mainly focused on ward rounds,case discussions,practical operation explanations,and clinical theory learning in our hospital;The observation group students receive a teaching and training model that combines teaching and examination with the goal of job competence.During or after the training,standardized training assessments are used to assess trainees.Results:The observation group had significantly higher scores in patient consultation,medical record writing,clinical thinking and decision-making abilities,and the first completion assessment pass rate than the control group(P<0.01).The scores of professional knowledge and skill abilities in the self-evaluation of the observation group,as well as the scores of professional knowledge and skill abilities,management and decision-making abilities in the department evaluation,were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The evaluation of teaching recognition of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The teaching and examination integration system with the goal of job competence can improve the job competence and first completion assessment pass rate of trainees in the standardized training through multiple assessments and evaluations.It can be applied and widely promoted in the standardized training.
