“有效衔接”背景下陶行知乡村教育思想的实践思考

摘　　要：文章从乡村教育的重要性、乡村教育的内容与方法以及乡村教育的关键因素入手,简述了陶行知乡村教育思想的丰富内涵,并以国务院发布的《关于实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的意见》为蓝本,探讨陶行知乡村教育与“有效衔接”阶段在重视教育、推进乡村学校建设、培养向“农”人才、关注乡村教师等方面的契合度,建议明确乡村教育战略地位,大力支持乡村学校发展;关注农业、农村、农民,强化乡村教育“活”内容;多举措培育“可下去、能留住、爱乡村”的师资。Tao Xingzhi's ideas on rural education are briefly described in terms of the purpose of establishing a fundamental plan for the country,the content of"living"education,the method of teaching and doing,and the key factors for teachers.Taking the Opinions on Effective Convergence as a blueprint,this paper discusses how Tao's rural education fits with the stage of Effective Convergence in terms of emphasizing education,promoting the construction of rural schools,cultivating"agricultural"talents,and paying attention to rural teachers,etc.,and put forward the following suggestions:clarifing the strategic position of rural education and strongly supporting the development of rural schools;making rural education a key factor in the development of the countryside;the strategic position of rural education should be clarified,and the development of rural schools should be strongly supported;attention should be paid to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and the"living"content of rural education should be strengthened;more measures should be taken to cultivate teachers who can go down to the countryside,stay in the countryside and love the countryside.
