摘　　要：北京市属高校大学生英语核心能力是反映北京市属高校大学生适应北京国际交往中心发展水平和创新能力的重要保障。本文通过分析北京市属高校的大学生英语核心能力发展状况,对现存问题和关键影响因素进行诊断、总结,并据实提供行之有效的提升对策,旨在帮助大学生提高英语学习的核心能力,提升整体英语水平。Thecore competencies in English learning among college students in Beijing municipal universities is an important guarantee for their adaptation to the development level and innovation ability of Beijing’s international communication center.This article analyzes the current development status of core competencies in English learning among college students in Beijing municipal universities,diagnoses and summarizes existing problems and key influencing factors,and provides effective strategies for improvement based on practical evidence.The aim is to help college students enhance their core English learning abilities,improve their overall English proficiency,and contribute to the construction of the capital’s international communication center.
