摘  要:针对高职院校轨道车辆检修类专业学生存在的对专业知识应用能力不强,在校期间缺乏创新实践应用平台,毕业后的个人能力难以满足企业创新发展需求等问题,践行科研育人理念,发挥高职院校的专业优势,以技术技能服务平台为依托,构建了基于科研反哺教学理念的以创新发展为特征的“二分向、三互选、四策略”人才培养新模式。经多年探索实践,专业人才培养质量得到提升,专业建设效果显著。In response to the problems of students majoring in rail vehicle maintenance in vocational colleges,such as weak ability to apply professional knowledge,lack of innovative practical application plaforms during their school years,and difficulty in meeting the innovative development needs of enterprises with their personal abilities after graduation,we practice the concept of scientific research and education,leverage the professional advantages of vocational colleges,and rely on technical skills service platforms,We have constructed a new talent cultivation model based on the concept of scientific research feedback teaching,characterized by innovative development,fea-turing"two directions,three mutual choices,and four strategies".After years of exploration and practice,the quality of professional talent cultivation has been improved,and the effect of professional construction is significant.
