摘 要:目的探究融合思政教育的老年医学培训对规培生医患关系处理能力的影响。方法选取2019年9月—2022年6月吉林大学第一医院老年医学培训基地规培生40例,其中男19例,女21例为研究对象,采用融合思政教育的培训模式,包括加强以德为本的医患沟通思想建设与躬行实践。在培训前后采用DDPQR-10量表问卷进行调查,进而评价融合思政教育的老年医学规范化培训对规培生医患关系处理能力的影响。结果经过规范化培训,规培生床位管理能力、获得医师资格证书的规培生比例均显著提高(P<0.05);规培生再次随访患者、潜意识不排斥患者再次就诊,并且认为患者不是在浪费时间的比例、照顾患者充满热情或激情的比例均明显提高(P<0.05);规培生觉得患者对医生诊断与治疗疾病方面的干预与控制率及患者抱怨病情导致苦恼或沮丧的比例明显降低(P<0.05);能发现患者有自暴自弃倾向的规培生比例明显增加(P<0.05)。结论融合思政教育的老年基地住院医师规范化培训提升了规培生的业务能力和自身素养,对改善医患关系具有重要意义。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of geriatric training integrated with ideological and political education on the processing ability of standardized training for resident physicians to cultivate the physician-patient relationship.Methods From September 2019 to June 2022,a total of 40 cases at Geriatrics Training Base of the First Hospital of Jilin University were selected,including 19 males and 21 females.Before and after training,DDPQR-10 questionnaire was used to investigate,and then to evaluate the effect of standardized training of geriatrics integrating ideological education on the processing ability of the physician-patient relationship of geriatrics.Results After standardized training,the bed management ability of standardized training students and the proportion of standardized training students who obtained the qualification certificate of doctors were significantly increased,all P<0.05;standardized training students followed the patients again and subconsciously did not reject the patients visiting the doctor again,and believed that the proportion of patients who were not wasting time,and the proportion of patients who were enthusiastic or passionate in caring for the patients were significantly increased,P<0.05;standardized training students felt that the intervention and control rate of patients in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases by doctors and the proportion of patients who complained about the condition caused distress or depression were significantly reduced,P<0.05;it could be found that the proportion of standardized training students who had the tendency of self-abandonment was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized training of resident physicians in the elderly base integrated with ideological and political education improves the professional ability and self-literacy of the regulation students,which is of great significance to improving the physician-patient relationship.
