摘　　要：目的 了解儿科护士的评判性思维能力现状并探讨其影响因素。方法 以陕西省32所不同等级医院的儿科护士为研究目标人群,采用便利抽样方法,通过一般资料调查表及中文版评判性思维能力量表进行问卷调查。结果 888名被调查儿科护士的评判性思维能力总分为(270.78±27.02)分,其中具有正性评判性思维能力者323人(36.37%),7个维度中得分最高的是求知欲,得分最低的为寻求真相,职称和年龄是儿科护士评判性思维能力的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论 儿科护士的评判性思维能力整体水平较低且各维度表现不均衡。提示管理者应采取有效措施,提升儿科护士的评判性思维能力。Objective To explore the status and influcing factors of critical thinking ability among pediatric nurses.Methods Using convenient sampling method,pediatric nurses from 32 different levels hospitals in Shaanxi Province were investigated by using the general information questionnaire and the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV).Results The total average score of critical thinking of 888 pediatric nurses was(270.78±27.02),of which 323 nurses(36.37%)had positive critical thinking ability.Among the seven dimensions,the highest score was intellectual curiosity,and the lowest score was seeking the truth.Professional title and age were the main influencing factors of pediatric nurses'critical thinking ability(P<0.01).Conclusion The overall level of critical thinking ability of pe-diatric nurses is low and the performance of each dimension is not balanced.Nursing managers should take positive and effective measures to enhance the critical thinking ability of pediatric nurses.
