摘　　要：动物营养和饲养学是湖南农业大学动物科学技术学院开设的、服务于动物科学专业型硕士的重要专业基础课和主干课程。其在养殖专业硕士的教学培养过程中起到承上启下的关键性作用。该课程是一个理论与实践紧密结合的课程,着重强调培养专业型硕士了解学科发展前沿和解决生产实际问题。该文以该课程为例,针对该课程现状中的课程设计、教学方法、考核方式及实践环节的问题进行课程改革,积极探索教学方法,并创新考核方式,以期为兄弟院校的课程改革提供参考。Animal Nutrition and Feeding is an important professional basic course and main course for animal science professional masters offered by the College of Animal Science and Technology of Hunan Agricultural University.This course plays a key role in the teaching and training process of the master's degree in aquaculture.This course is a course that closely integrates theory and practice,emphasizing on training professional masters to understand the frontiers of discipline development and solve practical problems in production.Taking this course as an example,this paper will carry out curriculum reform in view of the current situation of the course design,teaching methods,assessment methods and practical links,actively explore teaching methods,and innovate assessment methods,in order to provide reference for the curriculum reform of sister colleges and universities.
