摘　　要：针对家用空调外机装配生产线上使用工业机器人配合2D相机抓取压缩机进行实验研究,从视觉标定、压缩机识别算法、工业机器人程序三个方面进行阐述,从实验得出的数据证明算法和软件的可靠性,满足项目的使用要求。Experimental research of pick&place compressors using an industrial robot and 2D camera was conducted on the assembly line of outdoor AC unit.The research was explained from three aspects:vision calibration,compressor detection algorithm,and industrial robot program.The data obtained from the experiment proved the reliability of the algorithm and software and met the requirements of the project.
