摘　　要：化学工业的发展对国家和社会的进步起到了推动作用,但也产生了一系列相关的伦理问题。开设工程伦理类相关课程对于培养化工类高层次应用型人才具有重要意义。以化工类工程硕士研究生课程“工程伦理”为依托,围绕教学方法、考核方式及案例建设等内容,开展教学改革与实践,优化“工程伦理”教学策略与考核体系,让学生对工程伦理的概念有更深的理解,使学生掌握并能够运用基本理论知识解决问题,培养学生关注工程实践过程中的伦理问题并认识到这些问题的现实和长远意义,达到了较为理想的教学效果。The development of chemical industry has played a driving role in the progress of the country and society,but it has also generated a series of related ethical issues.The introduction of engineering ethics course is of great significance to cultivate high-level applied talents in chemical industry.In this paper,we take the master’s degree course“Engineering Ethics”as the basis,carry out teaching reform and practice around teaching methods,assessment methods and case construction,optimize the teaching strategy and assessment system of engineering ethics,strengthen students’understanding of engineering ethics concepts,enable students to master and apply basic theories and pay attention to the ethical issues in the process of engineering practice and recognize the practical and long-term significance of these issues,which has achieved a more satisfactory teaching effect.
