摘  要:针对长大重载列车纵向冲动及车钩偏转失稳等问题,文章构建了重载列车三维耦合动力学模型,探究了列车纵向冲动和车钩偏转动态相互作用机理及其对重载列车运行安全的影响机制,分析了异步控制调节参数、钩缓装置参数、二系横向止挡参数等关键参数对列车纵向冲动及车钩偏转失稳的影响,提出了抑制纵向冲动、提升车钩横向稳定性的措施。面向重载机车安全保障需求,文章从机车主、被动安全设计和故障导向安全等方面提出了设计优化措施,保证了重载列车的运行安全。Aiming at the issues of longitudinal impulse and coupler deflection instability in long and heavyhaul trains,this paper constructs a three-dimensional coupled dynamic model for heavy-haul trains,and investigates the interaction mechanisms between longitudinal impulse and coupler deflection instability,as well as their impact on the operational safety of heavy-haul trains.The paper analyzes the influence of key parameters such as asynchronous control adjustment parameters,coupler cushioning device parameters,and secondary lateral stop parameters on longitudinal impulse and coupler deflection instability.Measures to suppress longitudinal impulse and improve coupler stability are proposed.In order to meet the safety requirements of heavy-haul locomotives,design optimization measures are suggested from the perspectives of locomotive active and passive safety control design,and fault-oriented safety,to ensure the operational safety of heavy-haul trains.
