摘 要:目的了解2020—2022年重庆市食源性单核细胞增生李斯特菌的流行现状及耐药情况,为李斯特菌病的防控提供理论依据。方法2020—2022年对重庆市食源性单核细胞增生李斯特菌进行监测,采用微量肉汤稀释法对分离到的阳性菌株进行耐药检测。结果2730份食品样品分离到单核细胞增生李斯特菌107株,阳性率3.92%,其中2022年阳性率最高(5.41%)。非即食食品阳性率(8.75%)远高于即食食品(1.30%)。食品种类中以新鲜食用菌阳性率最(8.57%),采样地点类型中以农贸市场的阳性率最高(7.41%)。耐药试验结果显示,菌株均对氨苄西林、环丙沙星、红霉素、复方新诺明、四环素、青霉素出现不同程度的耐药。结论单核细胞增生李斯特菌在重庆市食品中存在一定的流行及耐药水平。建议进一步加强监测和食品卫生宣教,警惕氨苄西林等的耐药情况,对李斯特菌病进行有效的防控。Objective To investigate the epidemic status and drug resistance of foodborne Listeria monocytogenes in Chongqing from 2020 to 2022,and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of listeriosis.Methods Listeria monocytogenes was monitored in food and people in Chongqing from 2020 to 2022,and the drug resistance of the positive strains was detected by micro broth dilution method.Results 107 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were isolated from 2730 food samples,with a positive rate of 3.92% and the highest positive rate was 5.41% in 2022.The positive rate of non instant food(8.75%)was much higher than that of instant food(1.30%).Among different types of food,fresh edible mushrooms had the highest positive rate,reaching 8.57%.The positive rate of farmers’market was the highest among different sampling sites,which was 7.41%.The results of drug resistance test showed that all strains were resistant to AMP,CIP,ERY,SXT,TET and PEN to varying degrees.Conclusion Listeria monocytogenes has a certain prevalence and resistance level in food in Chongqing.It is suggested to further strengthen monitoring and food hygiene education,be vigilant about drug resistance to ampicillin,and effectively prevent and control Listeriosis.
