普通本科院校开设职教科研机构的特征研究

摘　　要：普通本科院校开设的职教科研机构,在我国职业教育发展进程中扮演着重要角色。本研究通过路径依赖视角对普通本科院校开设职教科研机构的特征进行分析。从形式特征来看,普通本科院校开设职教科研机构可以分为依赖职教学科二级学院开设和依赖教育学科二级学院开设两种情况。从功能特征来看,普通本科院校开设职教科研机构的人才培养功能依赖于开设部门,而科研功能更依赖于职教学科。通过分析普通本科院校开设职教科研机构的现状可以发现:普通本科院校开设职教科研机构具有强烈的路径依赖特征;普通本科院校开设职教科研机构要根据路径依赖特征明确自身的科研优势;职教科研机构要树立正确的路径依赖理念,在科研上紧密结合教育学科。Vocational education research institutions established by ordinary undergraduate colleges play an important role in the development process of vocational education in China.This study analyzes the characteristics of vocational education research institutions in ordinary undergraduate colleges from the perspective of path dependence.From the perspective of formal characteristics,the establishment of vocational education research institutions in ordinary undergraduate colleges can be divided into two situations:relying on the establishment of secondary vocational education disciplines and relying on the establishment of secondary education disciplines.From the perspective of functional characteristics,the talent cultivation function of vocational education research institutions in ordinary undergraduate colleges depends on the department established,while the research function is more dependent on vocational education disciplines.By analyzing the current situation of establishing vocational education and research institutions in ordinary undergraduate colleges,it can be found that the establishment of vocational education and research institutions in ordinary undergraduate colleges has a strong path dependence characteristic.The establishment of vocational education research institutions in ordinary undergraduate colleges should clarify their research advantages based on path dependence characteristics.Vocational education and research institutions should establish the correct concept of path dependence and closely integrate educational disciplines in scientific research.
