摘  要:高职院校跨专业组织是具有“跨界”和“跨专业”特征的产教融合型新形态组织。文章基于分工协作理论、协同创新理论和组织生态理论,从多维视角对高职院校跨专业组织进行深入探讨。借鉴这三个理论有助于准确把握高职院校跨专业组织的内涵、基本特征和发展动向,并为高职教育实践领域构建跨界融合的跨专业组织提供理论指导或理论依据。The interdisciplinary organization in higher vocational colleges is a new form of organization with typical characteristics of"cross-border"and"cross professional"integration of industry and education.Based on division of labor and collaboration theory,collaborative innovation theory and organizational ecology theory,this paper conducts an in-depth discussion on interdisciplinary organizations in higher vocational colleges from a multidimensional perspective.Drawing on these three theories helps to accurately grasp the connotation,basic characteristics and development trends of interdisciplinary organizations in higher vocational colleges,and provides theoretical guidance or theoretical basis for the construction of cross-border and integrated interdisciplinary organizations in the practical field of higher vocational education.
