摘 要:职业教育国家学分银行具有操作领域专一化、成果认定精细化、成果转换细致化、专业培养科学化等特点。但与终身教育学分银行相比,职业教育国家学分银行建设存在三个问题,包括学习成果类型单一、缺乏学分互认制度、与国家资历框架建设呼应困难等。通过借鉴终身教育学分银行的成功经验,提出完善职业教育国家学分银行建设的措施。This paper discusses the characteristics of the national credit bank of vocational education,including the specialization of the operation field,the refinement of the achievement recognition,the refinement of the achievement conversion,and the scientific professional training.Compared with lifelong education credit bank,this paper points out three problems in the construction of national credit bank of vocational education,including single type of learning achievement,lack of credit mutual recognition system,and difficulty in corresponding with the construction of national qualification framework.By learning from the successful experience of lifelong education credit bank,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the construction of national credit bank for vocational education.
