摘  要:联合国发布《职业技术教育与培训战略(2022—2029年)》报告,变革职业技术教育与培训以应对全球危机和劳动力市场变化带来的挑战。报告旨在帮助青年和成人(1)增长技能以获得就业机会,促进数字化、绿色和包容性的经济发展,从而实现向成功和公正的转型过渡。该战略主张采取三大主要行动:一是发展所有个人学习、工作和生活所需的技能;二是发展包容性和可持续的经济所需的技能;三是发展包容与和平的社会所需的技能。报告对职业技术教育与培训未来的设想、理念与行动,对我国发展服务终身学习的数字化、绿色和包容性职业教育具有重要启示。The global crisis and changes in the labor market pose challenges to sustainable development.UNESCO has released a report on Strategy for Technical and Vocational Education and Training(2022-2029),which aims to transform vocational and technical education and training to meet these challenges.The report aims to help youth and adults grow their skills for employment opportunities and promote digital,green and inclusive economic development,leading to a successful and just transition.The strategy advocates three main actions:firstly,developing skills needed for all individuals to learn,work and live;secondly,skills needed to develop an inclusive and sustainable economy;and thirdly,skills needed to develop an inclusive and peaceful society.The report's vision,ideas and actions for the future of vocational and technical education and training are important inspirations for digital,green and inclusive vocational education that serves lifelong learning in China.
