摘 要:教育家型教师是指具备教育理论和实践的杰出性和影响力的教师。伟大人民教育家陶行知的教育家观强调“创造精神”和“开辟精神”,新时代要求教师具备高尚的道德品质和深厚的文化素养,同时具备创新意识和实践能力,能够引领基础教育改革发展。培养教育家型教师需要注重教师的“心智”模式完善、本土实践和理论创新,同时需要建立完善的教师培养体系和激励机制。Educationalist teachers refer to teachers who possess outstanding knowledge of educational theory and practice,as well as influence.Tao Xing-zhi,a great educator of the Chinese people,emphasizes the"creative spirit"and"explorative spirit"in his educationalist perspective.In the new era,teachers are required to have noble moral qualities,profound cultural literacy,innovative consciousness,and practical abilities to lead the development of basic education reform.Cultivating educationalist teachers requires attention to the improvement of teachers'"mental"models,local practices,and theoretical innovations.It also requires the establishment of a comprehensive teacher training system and incentive mechanisms.
