摘　　要：目的针对不同年资住院医师评价EYESi手术模拟器在眼底手术教学效果。方法招募14名在中山大学中山眼科中心专业基地的住院医师,开展眼底手术培训课程,依据住培年资分为高年资组及低年资组,培训内容包括视网膜前膜、双手剪刀训练及镊子训练3个项目,每个项目提供10次练习机会,记录EYESi手术模拟器给出的得分及时长。结果EYESi手术模拟器培训后住院医师的信心及操作自评分数均较培训前提高,学习曲线符合对数模型。随着练习次数增加,3个项目的得分均呈上升趋势。在视网膜前膜项目中,高年资组得分明显优于低年资组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在双手剪刀训练及镊子训练项目中,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论EYESi手术模拟器有助于住院医师熟悉眼底手术操作,提高住院医师操作信心,学习曲线符合对数模型;高年资组在视网膜前膜项目中表现明显优于低年资组,但在双手剪刀训练及镊子训练中两组无明显差异。Objective To assess the training efficacy of EYESi simulator in vitreoretinal surgery for residents with different levels.Methods 14 trainees were recruited in Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center,who underwent standardized training,to participate in vitreoretinal surgery training courses.They were divided into senior and junior groups according to their training seniority.The training included:epiretinal membrane,bimanual scissors training and forceps training.Each project provided trainees with 10 practice opportunities,and recorded the score and duration of each time given by EYESi simulator.Results After EYESi simulator training,students'confidence and self-rating scores were improved compared with those before training,and the learning curve conformed to the logarithmic model.With the increase of practice times,the scores of the three items all showed an upward trend.In the epiretinal membrane item,the score of the senior group was significantly better than that of the junior group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups in the bimanual scissors training and forceps training.Conclusions EYESi simulator helps trainees to familiarize themselves with vitreoretinal surgery and improves their confidence in operation.The learning curve conforms to the logarithmic model.The performance of the senior group in the epiretinal membrane item is significantly better than that of the junior group,but there are no significant differences between the two groups in the bimanual scissors training and forceps training.
