摘 要:为探讨护理本科生在担任标准化病人角色后的真实体验,分析其心理状态和需求,为进一步完善情境模拟教学体系提供参考,采用半结构式访谈法对12位担任过标准化病人的护理本科生进行深入访谈,并运用Colaizzi分析法对资料进行分析、比较、归纳和提炼。研究显示,护生扮演SP角色会产生一定的心理负担,护理管理者应对SP做好充分预教育,采取措施促进SP护生的积极体验,为护生提供更积极有效的学习机会。A semi-structured interview method was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 12 nursing undergraduates who had served as standardized patients in order to explore the real experience of nursing undergraduates after playing the role of standardized patients,analyze their psychological state and needs,and provide reference for further improving the situational simulation teaching system.Colaizzi analysis method was adopted to analyze,compare,summarize and refine the data.Studies have shown that nursing students playing the role of SP will have a certain psychological burden.Therefore,nursing managers should make full pre-education of SP,take measures to promote the positive experience of SP nursing students,and provide more positive and effective learning opportunities for nursing students.
