摘  要:目的从工作分析视角探讨临床护理教师岗位工作所需的素质与能力,为高校附属医院培养和考评临床护理教师提供参考。方法对云南省5所高校23家附属医院的临床护理教师进行横断面调查。结果正直诚信、关注细节、合作精神是临床护理教师需具备的核心专业素养;沟通能力、主动倾听和指导能力是其需具备的重要软技能。结论护理管理者应了解临床护理教师岗位所需素质与能力,构建激励机制和落实制度政策,加强双师型人才培养,提高临床护理师资队伍整体水平。Objective To explore the qualities and abilities required for clinical nursing teachers from the perspective of post analysis,and provide reference for the training and evaluation of clinical nursing teachers in affiliated hospitals of universities.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted on clinical nursing teachers from 23 affiliated hospitals in 5 universities in Yunnan Province.Results Integrity,attention to details,and a spirit of cooperation are the core professional qualities that clinical nursing teachers need to possess;communication ability,proactive listening and guidance ability are important soft skills that they need to possess.Conclusion Nursing managers should learn the required qualities and abilities of clinical nursing teachers,establish incentive mechanisms and implement institutional policies,strengthen the cultivation of dual qualified personnels,and improve the overall level of clinical nursing teaching staff.
