摘 要:随着教育改革的不断深化,思想政治教育在学校教育中的地位日益凸显。而教师是思政课教育的关键力量,他们在教学过程中的沟通对学生的思想政治教育起着重要作用。然而,目前各学段思政课教师在沟通上主要存在理念认识错位、平台简化、机制缺失等现实问题,因此该文基于理念构筑、学科融合、平台搭建、体制完善四个维度,探讨如何有效地构建和运用教师沟通机制,促进大中小学思政课高质量发展。With the continuous deepening of educational reform,the status of ideological and political education has become increasingly prominent in school education.Teachers are the key force in ideological and political education,and their communication during the teaching process plays an important role.However,at present,teachers of ideological and political courses at various academic levels mainly have practical problems such as misunderstanding of ideas,simplification of platforms,and lack of mechanisms in communication.Therefore,this paper explores how to effectively build and apply the communication mechanism of teachers based on the four di-mensions of concept construction,subject integration,platform construction,and system improvement,so as to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political courses in primary schools,secondary schools,and colleges and universities.
