摘  要:建设高水平专业双师型教师团队,是培养高素质养老服务人才的重要举措。当前,养老服务专业双师型教师团队存在专业定位不清晰、培训体系不系统、管理制度不完善等问题,高职院校要利用好产教融合共同体,建立可持续的培育机制,制定个性化的培训方案,提高专兼职教师的教学能力,确立匹配岗位的考评管理制度,培养一支“德技双馨、专兼结合”的养老服务教师团队,从而为培养高素质技术技能养老服务人才提供“双师型”支撑。Building a high-level professional dual teacher team is an important measure to cultivate high-quality elderly care service talents.At present,there are problems with the dual teacher team in the elderly care service profession,such as unclear professional positioning,unsystematic training system,and imperfect management system.Higher vocational colleges should make good use of the integration of industry and education,establish a sustainable cultivation mechanism,develop personalized training plans,improve the teaching ability of full-time and part-time teachers,and establish an evaluation and management system that matches positions,cultivate a team of elderly care service teachers who possess both moral and technical excellence,and combine professional and part-time skills,in order to provide"dual teacher"support for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled elderly care service talents.
