摘 要:目的探讨以基于案例的学习(case-based learning,CBL)+基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)联合床旁教学模式在循环内科实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月新疆医科大学第一附属医院心血管内科50名本科实习医师为研究对象,以简单随机化分为两组,每组25名,A组采用传统教学模式,B组采用CBL+PBL联合床旁教学模式。依据教学反馈效果问卷调查、出科理论及实践考试评估教学效果。结果A组、B组学生全部参与问卷星调查,B组学生的各项得分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生在与同学之间的合作程度、提高临床学习的兴趣方面得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组学生的体格检查成绩显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL+PBL联合床旁教学模式可以全面提升循环内科学本科实习医师的对医学相关问题的掌握程度和解决能力、技能操作及医患沟通能力,值得在本科实习医师教学中进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of the combined bedside teaching mode of case-based learning(CBL)+problem-based learning(PBL)in the practical teaching of circulatory internal medicine.Methods Fifty undergraduate interns in the department of Cardiovascular Internal Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from April 2022 and April 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 25 in each group by simple randomization method.Group A adopted traditional teaching mode,and group B adopted CBL+PBL combined bedside teaching mode.The teaching effect is evaluated according to the questionnaire survey of teaching feedback effect and the examination of theory and practice.Results All the students in group A and group B participated in the questionnaire star survey.The scores of the students in group B were higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in degree of cooperation with classmates and the interest in improving clinical learning(P>0.05).The physical examination scores of students in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL+PBL combined bedside teaching mode can comprehensively improve the degree of mastery and ability to solve medical problems,skills operation and doctor-patient communication of undergraduate interns in circulatory internal medicine,which is worthy of further popularization and application in undergraduate interns'feaching.
