摘  要:结构沥青和自由沥青侧重于理论教学,而未开设相应的实验课程,原因在于缺乏结构沥青和自由沥青分离的实验装置。研发了一套结构沥青和自由沥青分离实验装置,通过逐层洗脱的方法得到结构沥青和自由沥青,将理论教学中的概念知识转化为可操作的实体实验,加深学生对沥青材料的理解。对比分析结构沥青和自由沥青的模量性能差异,确定了结构沥青膜厚度,为沥青混合料配合比设计提供参考和指导。经过实验课程检验,验证了该实验装置具有较好的稳定性和可行性。The main reason why structure asphalt and free asphalt have always existed in theoretical teaching and no corresponding experimental teaching course is that there is no separation experimental apparatus for structure asphalt and free asphalt.This paper has developed a set of experimental apparatus for the separation of structure asphalt and free asphalt.The structure asphalt and free asphalt have been obtained by eluting layer by layer.The concepts of structure asphalt and free asphalt in theoretical teaching have become the entity added to experimental operation,deepens students'understanding of asphalt materials.Through comparing and analyzing the modulus difference between structure asphalt and free asphalt,the thickness of structure asphalt is determined,which provides reference and guideline for the design of asphalt mixture.After using in the students'experimental course,the stability and feasibility of the experimental apparatus is verified.
