摘　　要：基于马克思主义大历史观,习近平总书记在一系列重大关系中廓清了中华优秀传统文化的历史定位,并在此基础上从“是什么”“为什么”“怎么做”等角度对传承发展中华优秀传统文化进行了全面系统阐述,厘清了中华优秀传统文化的基本内容,揭示了中华优秀传统文化的当代价值,提出了传承发展中华优秀传统文化的一系列工作要求,为传承发展中华优秀传统文化提供了根本指导和科学遵循。Based on the Marxist grand view of history,President Xi Jinping defines the historical positioning of fine traditional Chinese culture in a series of significant relationships,and on this basis,he comprehensively and systematically elaborates on the inheritance and development of fine traditional Chinese culture from the perspectives of"whatitis","why itisso",and"how to deal with it",clarifies the basic content of fine tradition-al Chinese culture,reveals the contemporary value of fine traditional Chinese culture,and proposes a series of work requirements for the inheritance and development of fine traditional Chinese culture,which provides a fun-damental and scientific guidance for the inheritance and development of fine traditional Chinese culture.
