广东省高职院校内部评价改革的现状与对策——基于12所改革试点院校的调查分析

摘　　要：研究对广东省12所教育评价改革试点高职院校内部评价改革的调查表明,各院校内部评价改革成效明显:建立了推进教育评价改革的工作机制,构建了基于学校发展贡献导向维度的教师评价体系,形成了德智体美劳五育并举的学生评价体系,启动了“奖惩性”二级单位绩效考核体系。但也存在省级层面的具体指导政策有待进一步强化、高职院校对教育评价改革的重视程度仍显不足、以试点项目代替教育评价改革的趋向明显、理论研究不足等问题。为深入推进广东省高职院校教育评价改革,应进一步加强省级指导,完善高职院校内部评价改革工作机制,完善高职院校内部评价改革内容、标准和方法,加强理论研究,提高教育评价改革研究水平。The investigation on the internal evaluation reform of 12 pilot higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province shows that the internal evaluation reform of each college has achieved remarkable results:the working mechanism of promoting the educational evaluation reform has been established,the teacher evaluation system based on the contribution-oriented dimension of school development has been constructed,the student evaluation system with moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education has been formed,and the performance appraisal system of the secondary unit has been launched.However,there are still some problems,such as the specifi c guiding policies at the provincial level need to be further strengthened,the attention paid by higher vocational colleges to educational evaluation reform is still insuffi cient,the trend of replacing educational evaluation reform with pilot projects is obvious,and theoretical research is insuffi cient.In order to further promote the reform of education evaluation in Guangdong higher vocational colleges,we should further strengthen provincial guidance,improve the working mechanism of internal evaluation reform in higher vocational colleges,improve the content,standards and methods of internal evaluation reform in higher vocational colleges,strengthen theoretical research and improve the research level of education evaluation reform.
