摘  要:电弧传感器根据焊接电弧信号的变化检测焊缝位置,具有无需额外设备、成本低的优点,但较低的传感精度和稳定性限制了其应用。从工程应用的角度研究焊接系统中影响电弧传感精度的因素,发现执行器发出位置信号的准确性、断弧现象、坡口角度和数据提取方式都会对传感的精度和稳定性产生重要影响,并针对性地给出了解决方案。研究结果对工程中提高电弧传感精度和稳定具有一定的指导意义。The arc sensor detects the weld seam position based on the change of welding arc signal,and it doesn't need no additional devices and has advantage of low cost.But the low sensing accuracy and stability has limited its application.From the aspect of engineering application,the factors in welding system influencing arc sensing accuracy were studied.It is found out that the position signal from the actuator,the arc interruption,the groove angle and the data extraction method play an important influence on the sensing accuracy and stability.Solutions were given out for each factor.The research has certain guidance for improving the arc sensing accuracy and stability in engineering application.
