摘　　要：为解决传统家用立式和面机和面不充分、不均匀问题,设计一种卧式家用和面机。家用和面机由电动部分、滚筒部分、搅拌部分及支撑部分组成,可自动或手动和面。电机选用具有调速器的单相异步电机,适应在不同转速下和面;搅拌器以桨叶式与涡轮式为基础设计,为具有钩状结构的楔形板,增强和面效果;滚筒设计容积5 L,材料为透明的高密度聚乙烯塑料,便于和面过程中观察和面效果;支撑部分零件连接与固定方式主要为插拔式,结构简单、操作维护方便。利用3D打印技术制作样机,利用样机与传统立式和面机进行和面试验。试验结果表明,样机具有较好的和面效果,水和面粉混合更充分、更均匀。设计的家用和面机可为提高面制品的品质及相关设备的设计提供参考。In order to solve the problem of insufficient and uneven mixing of traditional household vertical dough mixer,a horizontal household dough mixer is designed.The household dough mixer is composed of motor part,drum part,mixing part and support part.The mixer can mix dough automatically or manually.Single phase asynchronous motor with governor is selected as the motor which can operate at different speeds.Based on the paddle type and turbine type agitator,the agitator is designed as a wedge-shaped plate with hook structure to improve the mixing effect.The design volume of the drum is 5 L,and the material of drum is transparent high-density polyethylene plastic,which is convenient to observe the mixing effect in the process of mixing.The connection and fixing mode of support parts is mainly plug-in type,with simple structure and convenient operation and maintenance.The designed prototype is made by using 3D printing technology.The mixing test is carried out by using the prototype and the traditional vertical dough mixer.The test results show that the prototype has better mixing effect,and the water and flour are mixed more fully and evenly.The designed household dough mixer can provide reference for improving the quality of flour products and the design of related equipment.
