摘　　要：在当前复杂的医疗环境和追求更高级别安全的医疗愿景下,现有临床教学模式已无法满足需求。情境模拟教学模式以其规避医疗风险、高效统一的刻意练习、可重复性体验式培训、提供及时反馈等独特优势,正在深度改变欧美等西方国家的医学教育,中国也应顺势而为。提供了理解医学情境模拟教学的应用和推广的一个框架,对情境模拟教学在医学临床教学的应用及其进展进行综述,以期望实现提升教学质量、医疗质量和患者安全的愿景。In the complex healthcare environment and the pursuit of higher levels of patient safety,current clinical teaching mode is no longer sufficient to meet the demands.With advantages such as mitigating medical risks,efficient deliberate practice,replicable experiential training,and timely feedback,simulated simulation teaching is profoundly transforming medical education in European countries and the United States.It is time for China to embrace this change.This paper provides a framework for understanding the application and promotion of medical simulated simulation teaching.It reviews the application and progress of simulated simulation teaching in clinical medical education,with the aim of realizing the vision of enhancing teaching quality,healthcare quality,and patient safety.
