新文科建设背景下高校外语教育赋能“一带一路”倡议的研究

摘　　要：“一带一路”建设为高校外语教育服务国家战略、构建中国学术理论体系、实现新文科的飞跃提供了契机。高校外语教育可依据“一带一路”倡议,有针对性地制定人才培养目标。通过深入开展新文科建设,提高外语类专业的办学层次。依托外语优势设立国际研究生院,加强与理工科专业的融合,持续扩大外语专业办学规模,提高育人水平,重点培养拔尖人才,赋能“一带一路”倡议。同时,在建设“一带一路”的海量语言服务实践中推演创新理论,实现学科内发展,推动自身从语言文学研究走向学科融合研究,实现学术理论体系新突破。The construction and continuous deepening of national major strategies such as the“the Belt and Road”initiative provide an excellent opportunity for foreign language education in colleges and universities to serve the national strategy,build China's academic theoretical system,and realize the leap of new liberal arts.By deepening the construction of new liberal arts,improving the school running level of for⁃eign language majors,relying on the advantages of foreign languages,establishing international graduate schools,strengthening the integration with science and technology majors,continuing to expand the school running scale of foreign language majors,improving the level of education,focusing on cultivating top tal⁃ents,and enabling the“the Belt and Road”initiative.In addition,new theories can also be deduced from the huge language service practice brought about by the“the Belt and Road”initiative,so as to realize the development within the discipline,promote itself from language and literature research to national studies and other fields,and achieve new breakthroughs in China’s academic theory system.
