摘　　要：以海军为例,采用学习动机简易评定量表,选取覆盖各单位类型、工作性质、兵种类别的8 124名军事职业教育学习者,调查其线上学习动机水平并分析对在线课程学习成绩的影响,为新时代军事职业教育改革发展、在线课程建设、网络教育提供借鉴和参考。结果显示:军队人员参加军事职业教育在线学习的动机总体比较适宜,且不同群体差异较大,学习动机对在线课程成绩具有正向促进作用,军队人员参与在岗军事职业教育学习动机水平相对较高与在线教育的优势不无关系。Using the simple assessment scale of learning motivation,taking Navy for example,we assessed the learning motivation of 8124 online learners in military continuing education covering different unit type,nature of work and arm services and analyze its affection on the academic achievements of online courses,so as to provide reference for the reform and development of military continuing education,online course construction and online education in the new era.The result showed that the motivation of military personnel taking part in military continuing education is generally appropriate though distinct differences among the groups,which has a positive effect on the online courses.The comparatively higher learning motivation of military personnel may have something to do with the advantages of online education.
