摘  要:增强教师合作意愿是促进教师合作的关键。本研究采用问卷法,对327名幼儿园教师的合作意愿现状进行调查。研究发现,当前幼儿园教师合作意愿整体较高;合作收益、合作风险与合作环境三个因素对幼儿园教师合作意愿有显著预测作用,其中合作收益的影响最大,其次是合作风险和合作环境;合作成本因素对幼儿园教师合作意愿的影响不显著。基于此,本研究提出进一步增强教师合作意愿的相关建议。Enhancing the willingness of teachers to cooperate is crucial in promoting teacher cooperation.This study utilizes a questionnaire method to investigate the current status of cooperation willingness among 327 kindergarten teachers.The research findings indicate that the overall willingness of kindergarten teachers to cooperate is relatively high.The three factors of cooperation benefits,cooperation risks,and cooperation environment significantly predict the willingness of kindergarten teachers to cooperate,with cooperation benefits having the greatest impact,followed by cooperation risks and cooperation environment.However,the impact of cooperation cost factors on the willingness of kindergarten teachers to cooperate is not significant.Based on this,the study provides relevant suggestions to further enhance the willingness of teachers to cooperate.
