摘 要:目的 探究小组教学法在神经外科护理中的带教效果及对核心能力的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年8月神经外科内所带教的90名护生,随机分成两组,对照组接受常规教学方式(45名),研究组接受小组教学法(45名),对比两组效果。结果与对照组比,研究组的考核成绩更优(P <0.05),与对照组比,研究组护生的核心能力评分更高(P <0.05),与对照组比,研究组护生的满意度更高(P <0.05),与对照组相比,研究组带教后学习方式、能力、态度评分更高(P <0.05);与对照组相比,研究组对激发神经外科见习兴趣、提高沟通交流能力、提高临床思维能力、有利于知识的理解和记忆、培养自学能力的认可度更高(P <0.05)。结论 在神经外科护理教学过程中,小组教学法的应用可以有效提高考核成绩和护生的满意度,增强护生的核心能力以及学习效果,且护生认可度较高,带教效果显著。Objective To explore the teaching effect of group teaching method in neurosurgical nursing and its influence on core competence.Methods A total of 90 nursing students taught in neurosurgery department from January 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional teaching method(45 members),while the research group received group teaching method(45 members),compare the effects of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the assessment performance of the study group was better(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the higher the score of core competence of the nursing students in the study group was(P<0.05),the higher the satisfaction of nursing students in the study group was(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores of learning style,ability and attitude after teaching(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher recognition on stimulating the interest of neurosurgery internship,improving communication ability,improving clinical thinking ability,facilitating knowledge understanding and memory,and cultivating self-learning ability(P<0.05).Conclusions In the process of neurosurgery nursing teaching,the application of group teaching method can effectively improve the assessment results and the satisfaction of nursing students,enhance the core competence of nursing students,and the teaching effect is remarkable.
